A computer connection to SILiAmb was implemented in May allowing data importation from Electronic Waste Guides (eGAR) associated with waste resulting from the treatment of end-of-life vehicles (ELV) and/or battery waste (BW).
The computer system used by VALORCAR NETWORK centers to report shipments of battery and ELV dismantling waste now includes a new functionality for importing data from eletronic waste guides. This development aims to reduce the administrative burden and the occurrence of errors associated with records in the computer system.
In 2023, VALORCAR NETWORK integrated 389 centers reporting more than 16 thousand waste shipments.
