In 2023, VALORCAR carried out the following certified training courses: 10 sessions of Removal and Replacement of Electric Vehicle Batteries (in collaboration with EVolution, Bombóleo and ANCAV), 7 sessions of Vehicle Dismantling and Battery Collection Operator (in colaboration with Safetykleen) and 2 sessions of Automotive Air Conditioning Systems Technician (in collaboration with Saber Sem Limites and ANCAV).
These practical training courses were held in the premises of VALORCAR NETWORK centers or specialized workshops, located in Aveiro, Braga, Coimbra, Guarda, Leiria, Lisboa, Portalegre and Porto districts. A total of 227 trainees from several VALORCAR NETWORK centers attended these courses.
In addition, VALORCAR held a remote course on Administrative Requirements Applicable to End-of-Life Vehicles Management, which included the participation of 100 trainees.
Until the end of 2023, VALORCAR will promote two more certifying training sessions on Battery Waste Transportation regarding ADR (in collaboration with LOGISFORMAÇÃO).
