VALORCAR continues to invest in training employees from VALORCAR NETWORK centers. In 2022, 7 certified training courses for End-of-Life Vehicle Dismantling and Receiving Battery Waste were organized (in collaboration with Safetykleen) and 3 certified courses for Intervention in Automotive Air Conditioning Systems (in collaboration with with Saber Sem Limites Academy and ANCAV).
These trainings were carried out at VALORCAR NETWORK centers located in the districts of Aveiro, Braga, Coimbra, Faro, Lisbon, Porto, Santarém, Setúbal, Vila Real and Terceira - Azores, and involved the participation of 98 trainees from 68 centers.
By the end of the year, another 8 training sessions on dismantling electric vehicle batteries are planned (in collaboration with EVolution, Bombóleo and ANCAV).
