VALORCAR collaborates with SOGILUB in an innovative pilot project to monitor the amount of oils stored in the VALORCAR NETWORK centers.
In the primary stage, the project has the participation of 12 VALORCAR NETWORK centers, in which the company LOOP (specialized in sensors) will install a probe in the storage container for used oils from End-of-Life Vehicles. The probe will allow to quantify the oil stored inside the reservoir and communicate the respective readings to SOGILUB in real time and remotely via IoT technology.
The main goals of this initiative are logistics optimization for used oils collection and also prevention of spills/overflows in the storage reservoirs.
