VALORCAR regularly promotes public awareness, information and education initiatives on the management of End-of-Life Vehicles and Battery Waste, including their components and materials. In October, VALORCAR shared information about the end-of-life battery and vehicle waste management with the school public.
On the 23rd, VALORCAR participated in the Eco-Show, one of the events that make up the Green Flags Day – Eco-Schools Award 2025. This initiative took place in Paredes and included the participation of several students and teachers from the Eco-Schools Program, in which more than 2000 schools participate nationwide at the primary and secondary education levels.
On the 28th, VALORCAR presented a seminar at the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, as part of the Industrial Waste Management course in the Master's program in Environmental Engineering, which was attended by around 30 students.
